USD 3 for Xem, would still be undervalue for XEM..
NEM has Mosaic - Tools to run ICO on top of NEM which is stable
NEM has multisig on chain - Unhackable platform (Most secured)
NEM current tx/sec is one of the fastest, with catapult unchallenged-able
NEM without mass marketing went up to top 5 in CMC, mass marketing Work in progress now... recent Dubai world blockchain summit...
Mijin a product of NEM is being used by Japan government for wild life tracking, Hitachi already using Mijin for 500k customer..

Thus real value of XEM USD 811 , which currently so undervalue.. :)
