Neo keeping us in the dark

So NEO hasn't had much change over the past few day, apart form it;s upward and downward rants and raves. It's seems it just doesn't want to change it's ways. Look at the past hour or so, it stays stuck in the same average over and over again

24 hours' history brings a high of just 109.2 and a shameful low of 86.59. Looking at the 1-day chart since it's inception on Binance, I can only yearn for the near-200 high it had back in the BTC glory days..
