NEO, An ethereum killer, do you agree?

As I have browse the bitcointalk forum, I found out many insights that they post or comment that NEO will soon overtake and take the place in ethereum in its 2nd place in coinmarketcap, do you agree to this? I have made an additional background research on the NEO and is it going to be possible? Yes, for me, it is possible. Neo has the same feature with ethereum the only thing that differs that NEO has way more good to use compared to ethereum. And regarding in the transaction per second (TPS), Neo wins.
