Sadly, it seems Partiko points aren't worth anything.
The app was abandoned about a year ago by the solo developer and no one heard from him since.
The Partiko account has no steem power to vote on your post in exchange for points.

Which is annoying because I have over 100,000 of those things, currently doing nothing and being worthless 🤣

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
