Nespresso Israel is launching a new service for the online BOXIT customers for weekends
Nespresso, the leading coffee and capsule company, is launching a new and revolutionary service for its customers, in which it will be possible to order coffee at the site towards the end of the week and to receive delivery on Friday at a distribution point of BOXIT throughout the country. As part of the service, the customer will be able to leave the bag of capsules used in one of the boxes of BOXIT, and from there they will be sent for recycling.
The method of distribution of Nespresso capsules so far is through courier companies, with a commitment to deliver the shipment to the customer within 24-48 hours. Since the delivery service does not work in Israel at the end of the week, Nespresso has found a solution through the BOXIT service, so that it will be possible to receive coffee during the weekend.
Ronny Elgavish, VP, E-Commerce and Digital at Nespresso Israel , said: "We are pleased to offer our customers a revolutionary service experience of their choice, save them precious time and provide a quick response even on weekends."
The new Nespresso service is currently under way, and anyone who orders coffee from Wednesday night to Thursday at 22.00 will be able to pick up the personal shipment during the weekend at the nearby BOXIT locker.
The service will be offered through 50 distribution points of BOXIT throughout Israel from Dan to Eilat. In addition, as part of Nespresso's sustainability strategy and the desire to encourage recycling, Locker will also be able to leave a bag of used capsules for collection.
