Are airlines ISP's

Using the internet on a plane is a pain. The availability and prices change from plane to plane and airline to airline then if and when you finally get it working it probably isn't very good internet. There are technical limitations the infrastructure used could benefit from a upgrade and it has to provide internet to hundreds of people in the ski. I hate it when video streaming gets blocked and think that it should not happen however I think that with the infrastructure currently in place airlines aren't able to provide it so I would give a temporary pass for that. If it is possible to use any service you provide to access any part of the internet you are a Internet Service Provider any you should treat all internet traffic equally.
