Greetings earthlings. I continue in my eternal homage to my mother nature, once they told me: do you get tired of writing and that most of your work refers to that? I only answered: who can get tired of breathing nature even when in front of the computer, is that that is my life and what one loves, it never tires! I almost always do photography on flowers and animals, occasionally landscapes, but the images that bring us closer to looking at the details are the ones I like the most. In that concern to improve my work a little, I looked for an idea that I have always wanted to develop, because they are things that come to mind and it is to mix photography with digital art, I do not know if others have already done it and I do not care , hahaha (you know how crazy I am) I just want to do what I like and try to make it enjoyable for you, along that path I have started to study how to make drawings and digital art. The truth is, I don't have a table of those that are great for this, but things are done with what we have and that's it! I watched videos that show how to learn to work with photoshop, but I can't download it, my computer can't handle those programs. There I thought that Paint, a program that almost all computers have downloaded could work and I started, I only have a few days on this, but the truth is I like it a lot and I will continue. it just takes dedication and time (I tell you once) but as one becomes familiar with the functions it becomes much easier. Something that seemed so complicated to me, once I understood it, it makes me see that many things are so easy if we work on them, you just need to dedicate yourself, and there I got the idea of making a separator. Who of us who work with blog didn't need a separator? well, it's easy so start doing it yourself, and so you will have something totally original. This will make your followers and if you are in an ecosystem where you depend on earning some money for votes, it will make people see that you have dedicated time to doing totally original things and thus you will have a better chance that they will value your work better, so less so I look at it.
As you can see in the image above, in the first layer you place the letters (to be able to paint at ease and before any mistake erase and not damage those letters) when making the next layer you start by making a line that divides the paper into two parts or surface, just look at the separator below and you will see that line that every separator has, it is like something that must be by default or mandatory, once that is done you start drawing what you have thought before you want to have yours, if you do not have one idea, do what I always want something to come to my mind quickly, if I'm closed with ideas, just close my eyes and think of something happy, things that you like and make you feel good, I thought as always in nature and Those sheets arrived, another thing that you must take into account is that a separator must be beautiful, it can even be elaborated with many things, but never overloaded, it must be light, so try not to be so thick, and the colors are soft and nice, I avoid the striking colors, because I want to draw the attention of the reader in: the letters that I write, in the photograph or the drawing.
A fundamental thing when drawing in paint, is that they use the zoom for some things and another very good tool that it has for lines, curves and each line that they want to do, this is another secret that they say little (so far I have only learned it with the practice) I have not seen a tutorial that explains it, the tool: Lines and Curves. It has 4 points with which you can play moving to any side, look at the arrow that I made with the freehand pencil and see that it is very moved, I use the computer mouse and that makes it too difficult for a line to be really straight, If you use what I mention, your work will look much more beautiful, you will save time and you will be able to do things that you cannot imagine. Take a good look at where the arrow points, it is right there where you find the button or by marking the O in paint, but I always use clicking there to select that tool.
Come on guys, yes you can. Once you make lines and give them shapes to turn into what you want, you make the sheets or what you think best and what you don't like, you erase it, but there is another thing, the width of the stroke varies, whatever the tool was. you use: lines and curves, brush, pencil or whatever. This helps you give aspects. As you can see, I made the line thinner so that inside the leaves those stripes would look like the veins of the leaf, and we are not going to make it straight, always looking for a way to make them as real as possible and the veins of a leaf are like this .
As you can see, I drew one side first and the other later, this with the intention of making the other side with something similar, I did not apply a mirror technique, or anything like that, I only made it similar and as close to the position of the opposite side, to give it a sensation of balance, but always showing how nature grows, free. The straight line is almost mandatory to divide and give the feeling of separating, it is the only thing that leaves straight there because it has its importance.
When painting the leaves, or something else, I like to use what I discovered in a self-taught way, use the zoom, that helps a lot to give more details to the painting, use for the fill, the small grid style, to leave pixels in white and lower the hardness to 5%, so that more light would enter when leaving some in white and the second so that the color is softer and this gives greater harmony to the work.
Finally, I did a leftover with black, to give it a little more depth, it is like a touch that helps to give an appearance that the leaves are floating or are somewhat separated from the plane, a nice detail that should be added. You know, go ahead and make your paint separator, you will be surprised at what you can do, because if you are here, you know much more than you think, since our ecosystem makes us study, learn and cultivate, many things that you have had What to do to make a publication will help you when you do what I am telling you, you'll see.
