中国北方的年夜饭,必定离不开的一样食物叫——饺子。
饺子,在北方的节日中一直占据着重要地位。
民间有句俗话叫“好吃不过饺子”。可见饺子在北方的地位之高。
一、 饺子皮
过年讲究一个团团圆圆,大家互相围坐一桌,一家人可以共同参与,一起包饺子。
1、 用面粉加水和面
2、 在大容器里开始揉面
3、 把揉好的面粉放在容器里,盖上,然后等待,叫做醒面
4、 把醒好的面粉拽开,揉成长条形,然后切成2厘米左右的面块,就可以擀皮,包馅了
二、 饺子馅
北方的饺子馅是比较丰富的,萝卜,白菜,羊肉,牛肉,韭菜,雪菜,香菇,荠菜,虾仁,等等等等。
我所处的地理坐标冬天盛产萝卜白菜,所以馅料的原料会选择萝卜大肉
三、 饺子
这是我们大年30,一家人围着桌子做出来的杰作,一般我们三十会包当天的饺子,也会包好初一的饺子,因为一般北方大年初一早上就要吃饺子。
