Bryan Jewett has worked in the Automotive Repair Industry for 19 years and is currently the owner and operator of Casey’s Automotive, with two locations in Chantilly and Sterling, Virginia. From the beginning, Bryan has always wanted to own his own shop. He purchased Casey's Automotive in 2015 after working there as the service manager for 10 years. He started with a team of only three employees. Within the first year, he had expanded his team and doubled sales. After two years, he opened a second location. Now Casey's Automotive employs over twenty people.
Starting as a shop janitor, Bryan worked his way up serving as a technician and service advisor, while gaining experience and knowledge for running a business. Since acquiring Casey’s, he has implemented user-friendly software, enhanced customer outreach, started a lifetime warranty program, and is a well-known contributor to the surrounding communities. He was awarded Top 40 under 40 for Washington Business Journal in 2019, and Casey's was voted one of the Best Places to Work by Washington Business Journal in 2019.
Bryan is a husband, father of four, friend, outdoorsman, and avid off-roader. He loves to spend time with his wife and family, fish with his kids. He believes in hard work and the “hard” path. His favorite quote is "Smooth seas never made a skilled sailor."
Bryan is excited to announce he has joined the auto shop coaching and management training team at AutoFixSOS. The company caters to auto repair, lube, Euro, transmission, diesel and tire shops across the nation who want to grow their businesses, increase profits, address areas that need improvement, and more.
AutoFixSOS brings a personalized, unique approach to auto and diesel shop owners who aren't ready to simply lock the doors and walk away. The solution to a business owner's problems is not one-size-fits-all. Cash flow issues may seem impossible to fix; profits may be too little to cover all of the expenses and still have money left for the auto shop owner. In some cases it could simply be that a diesel shop owner doesn't have the right employees to perform the work. There are so many areas in auto repair shops around the country that can lend to failure. Bryan hopes to be part of the solution in his role with the AutoFixSOS coaching and management training team.
When someone with extensive experience and success in the auto shop industry is there with you, it is much easier to overcome obstacles that may be in the way of success. The old saying "Two heads are better than one" is certainly true! From brainstorming ideas to setting goals and learning how to achieve them, AutoFixSOS stands apart from other diesel shop coaching programs. When you have an expert along to challenge your thinking and hold you accountable, it sets the stage for new beginnings and great outcomes. Bryan Jewett and AutoFixSOS are ready to help auto repair shop owners across the nation reach a level of success that you may not have thought possible.
