Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

success is highy contested and thus depends on the person ...it might be financial success here, it might be knowledge, contacts, relationship , infos for good health , contacts for great job , hapiness etc ...you see, it depends isnt it
