I bought a little mobile home for us to live in (no more $900 rent) and since it was cheap, it also needs a lot of work. so far I put up skirting, fixed the roof cleaned up the million cigarette buts all over the ground

Yhea it is, but that's the price of buying cheap LOL, but at least my rent dropped from $900 a month to $350 lot rent so its an investment.
