New to Cryptocurrency? Here are some helpful tips

in new •  7 years ago

Some good tips. I started buying 700$ of the big 3 a week ago and now they are worth 1100 but fluctuating. It makes you nervous. But if you think that if you bought 1000$ of bitcoin 8 years ago, you would be sitting on over 100 million $ now. I can't afford a lot, but even a little can help you in the future. I will look into the newbies as you suggest. Thanks.

Good point however those are overvalued tokens and your 700USD can never make you rich incesting on overvalued coins...you seem not to get it that undervalued / sleeping beauties are the key to hitting jackpot..see my former post...success to you.

I agree with you for the most part, but remember that the big 3 can be the key to people getting comfortable with the whole process. This will allow them to learn the technical side of the exchanges and be willing to branch out into the other alt coins. At the moment the big 3 are much easier to buy, store and feel comfortable. Finances are an emotional tool for most people, they need to move forward slowly while researching at first. Some will go through this process very fast, others will take more time.

Good point , I agree however 700USD invested on an undervalued token or coin can lead to jack pot in few years time isnt it...even OMG or elyte that is very cheap for now...but yes established coins are great way to learn the game

As you build up the amount of money you are able to put in, you will have much less anxiety about it. Ignore the ADD price checking on a daily basis unless you are looking at the price action of a new possible investment. Buy it, secure it, wait...... Remember that a good year in the dow/SP500 would be 7-12%.. be patient and you will be rewarded many times over. Happy crypto buying!

well said...I agree..patience is the key ie buy and hold great coins and tokens
