ANYONE ! I'm new to this, need help

I just started with steemit and Dtube and it's very confusing . I am fairly smart but not hip on this new stuff . I'm having trouble downloading certain videos that I have copied from youtube . 50% will download but some won't . I follow the same process for all. Why would some videos repeatedly not download ? It's like something is not letting them or being selective as what is allowed . I thought there was no censorship here. Also, where do I go when I have issues ?
