You can give ten upvotes per day before the value of your upvote starts to decline, and then it takes time to recharge.
No limits on resteeming, but it's best to limit the number of posts you resteem- many people on steemit won't want to follow you if they see you resteeming often.
Post 4 posts per day or less, though there's no limit on the number of comments yo u make.
