부동산 수익률을 4,5%로 잡고 계산을 많이 하던데
그돈으로 디파이 돌리면 4,5%수익률은 쉽게 나오기도 하고
자산군으로서의 비교도 유동화측면에서 암호화폐가 더 좋아보이니까요
