Ingredients for the shortcrust pastry
300g flour 00
-120g butter
-120g sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

-qb hazelnut cream

Procedure
Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and work until you get a creamy mixture. Add the eggs and mix them together. Then add the flour and the baking powder and knead until a homogeneous dough is formed. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for half an hour. After this time, roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles with a biscuit cutter. Line the moulds with the shortcrust pastry and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
Finally, leave the pastry baskets to cool and fill with plenty of cream and decorate with smarties.
