Newari food is the most popular food in Kathmandu valley. Especially people from Kathmandu Nepal which belong to newar community they have their own culture, custom and food. Mostly everyone like the food of newar. Newari food have its own significance. Newari food consist lots of Verity like baji(beaten rice),chhoyal, achar, piro aalu, rice wine, bara, ala(newari alcohol), sekuwa, rosted soyabean etc.
Very good in taste. It's a mouth watering food.
