Page constantly reloading

Hi, I am new to steemit and while trying to research how to navigate all the ins and outs the page repeatedly reloads. Has anybody else experienced this too? I can say that ,"I'm very excited about Steemit!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
