true inspiration, true leader, true business

There are various types of companies and corporations around the world, and therefore, a lot of business books discuss true leadership. Some authors strongly argue loose style of leadership; allowing employees to do their own jobs without a lot of regulations. On the other hand, some authors argue strict style of leadership like Jack Welch. Neither is true.

I believe that true leader is someone who makes employees naturally inspired and be involved, without any outside forces. I actually got this inspiration from the book Start With Why written by Simon Sinek. When you read this book, it tells what it really means about true "inspiration" and why it is so important in business environment, especially in the 21st century when everything is governed by money.

So it is actually a paradox. When one wants to make money, one has to be ignorant about money; rather should be inspired or make others to be inspired.

I was quite shocked by the fact that true emotions can be more powerful than money. Many would think that it is a cliché, and it does not match with the reality. However, "inspiration is more powerful than money" actually applies well into the business setting, although it is rare. That is one of the reasons why true leaders are getting rare and rare as time goes by: every leader focuses on making "profits".

It is time to get our attention away from money and profits.

That is the only way to get productive and wealthy!
