河合　ICOは上の世代は新聞の情報だけで、ICO詐欺とか単純な思い込みがある。ICOにチャンスを見出す世代は、実際に良い使い方を見せていかないと世の中はなかなか変わっていかない。

河合　ICOは　アメリカや中国は日本よりさらに厳しいが、最大の問題は厳しくてもレギュレーションが明確ならやりようがある。

日本では、現在不明な点が多く、有名な弁護士でも見解が違ったりする。

安　英語力がないことが原因　ヨーロッパに行くとレギュレーションはっきりしないなか　やった人がいると、その情報が広がり、どんどんICOをやるようになる。

ブロックチェーンエンジニアが海外とやり取りしながら進めるのが大変なことが大きな問題。

コミュニティーとの関係は株主との関係と大きく違う。

筆者の意見

イベントには、VALU,　Steemit, 等、既にサービスが開始されているトークンエコノミー系サービスに登録している人達、仮想通貨、ブロックチェーン分野で知られた方々が多く参加していた。

ICOでお金を実際集められて、プロジェクトが進んで、このようなイベントが日本国内で行われたのは初めてではないかと話あっていた。参加者は300名程度。

ALISのサービス自体の技術的な解説が全くなかったことは疑問だった。

現在β版のALISのサービスはSteemitと似ているが、コンテンツはブロックチェーン化されてないのか不明で、そうでないようにもみえて、説明ないので不明のまま。

ただ、トークンエコノミーにおいて技術は一要素に過ぎない。このようなイベントを開き、CEOの安さん自ら、2部の軽い飲み会では、入り口で澄んだ瞳で飲み物を注ぎ、会の終了ではまた出口で人一人に丁寧にあいさつするのは、単に印象が良いだけでなく、彼が良いコミュニティーを作ること、信用してもらうことを最重要と考えていることの現れかと思われた。

それがわかっていて、これだけ人を集められるということは、少なくとも日本国内ではすぐにSteemitを追い越す。（ALISはSteemitに着想を得ている）

トークンエコノミー系のサービスも増えてきたが、一ユーザーとしては自分の価値を高めたいのが最優先になるから、それぞれのサービスをバランスよく使うことを考えるか、あるサービスに集中するのが効率的か、判断して使うか、成り行きで色々試してみるか、事前には正解の見えない状況がさらに進んできているように感じた。
