Hola recién llegados a Steemit. Yo y @davemccoy hemos lanzado la Iniciativa Steemit Newbie Resteem y desde el lanzamiento se ha unido @deliberator, que es miembro fundador de este proyecto. Esto es lo que pretendemos hacer:

Básicamente, si eres nuevo y trabajas duro pero tienes problemas para ganar seguidores, contacta a uno de nosotros con tu publicación. O lo restemos para aumentar su exposición o le proporcionaremos consejos sobre cómo mejorarlo para ayudarlo.

Lol. I know the feeling. I woke up this morning around 4 am GMT, plugged a little, went out later in the morning ti run errands and walk the dog, now just gotta go play taxi and then I'm right back at the Newbie Resteem Initiative. Basically it will now occupy my free moments and I will only devote one day a week to my content on the blog, the other days belong to the platform, the newbies, and our effort here. Well, at least until we can get this effort up and running and get more people on board. Hopefully we cause an ecosystem of support to evolve that continues to grow and eventually leads to a new type of Steemit habit of knee jerk support for new users. I wouldn't be able to do this without your help and support so thanks. I hope you get some extremely well deserved rest and will speak later today.

About to shoot out the door in a sec and back at the computer in a few hours. I love some of the concepts you have suggested and I agree, we could use a larger founders group. In my life I have worked in a number of roles from military to working in public service/health care and I have always seen the best results in any organised effort when each individual has an area of responsibility and duties and details to stick to relevant to their aor. I have been blown away by the touch you have brought to this initiative and the unbelievable impact you have had. This is more a combination of marketing, sales, and understanding structuring creative projects in a way that I think you know far more about than I ever could. What I'd love to know your thoughts on so we can keep running at great speed is pretty much everything you outlined in your previous message. You had sound points throughout. The big ones that come to mind as I write this are:
1: Structure. I'm going to need your help and know for a fact that you will have far better ideas than myself on this. Subcommittees and large founders groups are clearly the way forward so as much detail as you can relay on what you envision there and how you feel it will take shape, evolve, and altogether grow under a system that ensures fairness to the new users and helps our efforts to grow.
I really look forward to hearing from you today, and can't express my gratitude enough for the awesome impact you are having on my humble idea.
