Well I’m not really great at telling if videos are fake or not, if it were to tell of boobs or butts are fake! I’d so win that contest every day
Personally I think it’s fake! If it were some deformed animal or GMO thingy, it just looks too well done that it feels staged to me and meant to have some shock value! Also I’ll pretty much eat anything and that didn’t look yummy so going with my gut that can’t be real

No I think that they made it out of a dead baby pig or just made it out of material but the fact that they won't keep the video still for any length of time is telling.
