Blackbox OS (BBOS) is a new generation of managed and token-controlled platform to administer distributed businesses, teams and projects on the blockchain. Built on Ethereum, BBOS is a distributed application (DApp) for internal contributors, contributing organizations, and token holders, which are also known collectively as the Blackbox Network ("Blackbox Network"). Consisting of a series of smart contracts and data stored in a decentralized manner, BBOS seeks to effectively eliminate repetitive and redundant workflows, improve collaboration and distribute rewards fairly on the basis of more objective assessments.
This is the future of work, and as traditional organizations move away from obsolete and conventional business models, they will need an interface between current paper and electronic contracts and smart contracts. Blackbox OS
Organizations are an aggregation of many complex procedures, protocols, and business processes. It is a dynamic, living and evolving structure in which the average person will contribute 92,120 hours or nearly 12,000 days of his life.
BBOS, a DApp, serves as a business operating system, adding value by fueling the individual components of an organization and increasing the collective surge to make organizations more efficient. The five elements of the organizational structure on which BBOS will focus primarily are governance, compensation, identity, management and security.
Blackbox OS Modules
The modules are designed to solve specific and general business problems. The modules are powered by a mixture of protocols, additional code, IP and AI in order to be easily integrated into existing collectives to provide quick wins. Modules can be services, products or a mixture of both. Modules can be selected and deployed to a participating organization for a subscription fee.
Blackbox Network
In the early stages, we will use an authorized protocol on a private blockchain, but over time we believe that our governance model will help us achieve a harmonization of our objectives and that we can move to a protocol without permission.
Although this new model is not for everyone, it offers a hybrid approach to benefit sharing and risk management in a way that offers more benefits. We believe it is important to be surrounded by like-minded people who understand, appreciate and desire a balance between technology, entrepreneurship and empathy for our planet and the best for the human species.
