Motivation, where are you? I want to workout and do other healthy things, yet I don’t make the time. My baby girl will be 9 months old in about a week. I said I’d give my self a year to lose the baby weight and just stay fit for me, for her, and for our future children. 3 more months until she’s a year. When am I going to act? Am I too lax? Should I chill out on beating myself up for not getting into shape? Should I be harder on myself? I just don’t know what I’m waiting for. My daughter has me as a role model, right? So when do I start to model a healthy, positive, woman who takes action? Any other moms or dads can relate?
The bottom picture is 20 days before I gave birth, and the other is almost exactly 2 months ago. I have yet to get the courage to take a “now” picture:(.
