My new album has a name-- And its served in a glass!

John Ebersole's new album coming out has finally been given a name... are you ready?
Here it is--

Life: Neat

Ok so we all know what 'life' is (at least most of us living creatures do,) but what does it mean when life is 'neat'?

Hmmm...

A quick google search for the word 'neat' brings up these following definitions (summarized):

neat
/nēt/

1. (of a place or thing) arranged in an orderly, tidy way, having a pleasing shape or appearance; well formed or regular

2. informal very good or pleasant; excellent

3. done with or demonstrating skill or efficiency

And of course the meaning any bar hopping frequent will think of...

1. (of liquid, especially liquor) not diluted or mixed with anything else.

These definitions put multiple meanings to this album title.
Surely its all interpretive and/or relative to the album...

Life: well-organized. Life: pleasing in appearance. Life: pleasant and excellent. Life: skillfully and efficiently demonstrated.
And finaly, Life: undiluted.

All of these are potential strong statements about the album. Some are pretty obvious pertaining to song structure and composition. The arrangement and organization of everything in a neat-and-tidy way would leave the result to perceived as pleasant. Since everyone involved with the album has brought their A-game, there will be some collective skills demonstrated.

And again, life undiluted.

John has a way of writing feel-good melodies for the all-too-real psychologically rooted lyrics (poetic, but rich with meaning.) By not watering any of his lyrics and emotions contained within, John's songs are sure to be a neat serving of this 30 year-old aged (in charred oak casks) glass of life. Dense with dynamic melodic flavor, meaningful translucent lyrical color, served in a firm, timeless glass composition for you to sip on.

Soon enough it will be available to us all to become raging Ebersole-aholics.
