الهجرة السرية أي الهجرة الغير الشرعية هي دخول مجموعة من الأفراد بطريقة غير قانونية إلى بلدان أخرى ، بدون تأشيرة الدخول ، كما أنها خطيرة على الفرد نفسه ما سمعنا عن غرق قارب يحمل الكثير من المهاجرين بطريقة غير شرعية .
و من أسبابها ، الرغبة في التطوير المادي ، بحيت تكون فجوة كبيرة في إقتصاد الدول التي يهاجرون منها و الدول التي يهاجرون إليها ، و أيضا البطالة هي عامل من العوامل التي تساعد على إنتشار هذه الظاهرة ، فالدول التي يهاجرون إليها يجدون فرص العمل فيها .

فمن الحلول الناجحة في حل مشكل الهجرة هي توفير فرص الشغل للشباب ، و ضمان العدل في المجتمع و القضاء على المحسوبية و الزبونية ، و رفع مستوى المعيشة للأفراد و تحسينها لتشجيعهم على البقاء داخل دولهم .
