To be honest, most time seems OK but there's variable that I have ignored, e.g., dollar vs SBD and I did not track the other votes that may have happened in between the transfer which means there is possibility of contribution from other votes. This case is probably one of the better one and I suspect because there is a a bonus votes in this 24 hour window. You can can the randowhale recent post.
