This took place in the infamous police state of New York; Schenectady, NY.
A police lieutenant brutally attacked a woman, smashing her head and splitting it open. The "policeman" then took a photo of his tortured victim and bragged about it to other officers. If that doesn't scream a corrupt police state, then our country is clearly deaf from the truth.
This is the photo this "officer" took after torturing this innocent woman, which he then shared to his other partners in crime, who currently serve as our own police officers.
"For viciously attacking an innocent handcuffed woman and then fabricating a story to justify their brutality, McCracken was given a five-day vacation in the form of unpaid leave. "
This is such a clear and obvious case of cruel and unusual punishment, which is a complete violation of this officers supposed oath to uphold our long forgotten U.S. Constitution.
Cruel and unusual punishment is now accepted in the United States of America.
How backwards does that sound? Are you ready to revolt yet?
I thought such cases are only here in Africa but if it is world wide then something should be done. Its us to change the world to a better place
