I hope you all are staying safe and healthy. As you may have heard, following continued discussion and planning with the Government of the District of Columbia, health experts, and Major League Baseball, late last week we announced that we will be expanding our capacity at Nationals Park to 25%, beginning with our next home game this Thursday April 15th, when we take on the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Seeing fans in the stands wearing Curly W caps and cheering on our players against the Braves last week was exciting, and as the vaccination rate increases across the region, we look forward to welcoming more fans in the near future. If you want to come out to a game this week, single game tickets are now available to the general public for every game throughout the upcoming homestand at nationals.com/tickets2021.
Those who were able to attend games last week against the Braves probably noticed many changes around the ballpark. We have implemented several new safety measures to create social distance and eliminate crowding throughout the stadium. For those who will be joining us at Nationals Park for the first time this year during the upcoming homestand, I wanted to quickly provide a few reminders:
