Samsung has launched the M-series focusing to give a tough fight to Chinese competition like Xiaomi and Realme. We could say that to the extent the company has been successful with the strategy also and as the recent news company will soon be launching the next device Samsung Galaxy M40 in the line-up. But today's coverage is for the existing Samsung Galaxy M-series users, Samsung Galaxy M-series is going to get the Android update starting June 3rd. Samsung Announced that the company will be rolling out the updates for the M-series devices in the coming days.
With the new software update, Galaxy M10, M20 and M30 will have better performance, some security patches, and other important improvements. Earlier this year, Samsung updated the Galaxy J8, Galaxy J6 and the Galaxy On7 Prime to Android 9.0 Pie. Several Galaxy A series devices that were launched this year came with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with Samsung's One UI on top. However, the Galaxy M30, M20, and M10 were launched with Android 8.1 Oreo.
The smartphone-maker claims that the Galaxy M series is specially created for the millennial with powerful display, big battery, and great camera. Galaxy M30 sports a triple camera and 6.4-inch super AMOLED FHD+ infinity-U display. It is powered by Samsung's latest Exynos 7904 octa-core processor for enhanced user experience, network speed, multitasking and low power consumption. Priced at Rs 17,990 (6GB+128GB) and Rs 14,990 (4GB+64GB), it comes in two colour variants – Gradation Black and Gradation Blue.
Galaxy M20 comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ infinity-V display and 5,000mAh battery. The two colour-variants – Ocean Blue and Charcoal Black – are priced at Rs 11,990 (4GB+64GB) and Rs 9,990 (3GB+32GB). The widevine L1 certification in the smartphone enables users to enjoy seamless streaming of HD content through popular apps.
Powered by Exynos 7870 octa-core processor, Galaxy M10 comes with a 13 MP primary rear camera with F1.9 aperture. It comes with dedicated storage slot expandable up to 512GB, and dual SIM VoLTE support. Available in Ocean Blue and Charcoal Black colours, it is priced at Rs 8,990 (3GB+32GB) and Rs 7,990 (2GB+16GB).
