"Tomorrow morning we will carry out a search and study," said Bambang in a press conference, Saturday (9/1). He said the biggest obstacle to finding a location tonight was visibility due to night conditions.

Bambang said that some information in the field revealed pieces that were suspected of being part of the Sriwijaya aircraft. "Our joint team makes evidence for research from an airplane or not," he said.

Previously, the Regent of Seribu Islands Djunaedi said that the Sriwijaya Air plane from Jakarta to Pontianak had crashed in the vicinity of Male Island. A patrol boat from the Ministry of Transportation also found flakes of meat at the location suspected of being the crash point of the Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 plane.
