BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:00 P.M.) - Bahrain will reportedly reopen their embassy in Syria after cutting off ties with the country during the early years of the conflict.
According to reports from Damascus, the Bahraini embassy in Syria will be reopened in the next ten days.
This move by Bahrain comes on the same day that the United Arab Emirates officially reopened their embassy in Damascus.
Bahrain was one of the 18 Arab League states to vote in favor of suspending Syria's membership from the organization.
However, Syria and Bahrain have since reconciled through several intermediaries and restored diplomatic ties.
