BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:45 P.M.) - Hezbollah's Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah delivered a televised speech, today, to discuss the results of the Lebanese elections.
"This is a great political and moral victory for the resistance axis that protects the sovereignty of our country," the Hezbollah leader began.
“The elections are an important national achievement for the country and for the tenure of President Aoun, the government, the political forces and the Lebanese people,” Sayyed Nasrallah continued.
The Hezbollah leader hailed the results of the election and the entire process, while also acknowledging the political victory for his axis.
"The resistance forces now have significant parliamentary presence,” Nasrallah added.
