DAMASCUS, SYRIA (6:25 P.M)- A Palestinian teenager has been declared dead by the Gaza Health Ministry after being the target of an Israeli tank shelling in the Southern Gaza Strip.</p 
The body of 17 yr old Abdel Azoum, killed by an Israeli tank shelling.
Seventeen year old, Abdel Fattah Abu Azoum, was killed this morning when Israeli Regime forces fired at the teenager and his friend East of Rafah (Southern Gaza Strip).
The IDF released an official statement on the matter, declaring that firing at the youths from a tank in the distance, effectively neutralized the "terrorist infiltration attempt". </p 
17 yr old, Abdel Azoum, declared by Israeli Regime forces as a "terrorist infiltrator".
Israel to this day has never declared its borders and illegally besieges the Gaza Strip, maintaining an external occupation of the coastal enclave.
