BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:15 A.M.) - The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) recently deployed thousands of troops to the Aleppo, Raqqa, and Hasakah provinces in response to the upcoming Turkish military operation east of the Euphrates.

According to a military source in the Aleppo province, the Syrian Arab Army reinforcements have reached Deir Jamal near the key town of Tal Rifa'at.

The source said that the Syrian Arab Army has taken up positions near the Deir Jamal-Tal Rifa'at axis in preparation for a potential Turkish military invasion.

Furthermore, reinforcements from the Syrian Army's 1st Division have reportedly reached the Tabaqa countryside and taken up positions along the Kurdish lines.

The Syrian Arab Army's reason for this mass mobilization is to prevent the Turkish military from further expanding their presence in northern Syria.
