BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:10 A.M.) - The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) were recently filmed building new fortifications along the Syrian border by the Turkish military, TRT Haber reported this week.
According to the report, the Syrian Democratic Forces built new trenches along the hills surrounding the key border-city of Tal Al-Abyad.
As shown in the video below, Turkish military drones were able to capture up close footage of these new trenches that were recently raised by the Syrian Democratic Forces near the border:
With the Turkish military threatening to invade northern Syria, the Syrian Democratic Forces have begun taking precautionary measures to beat back this attack.
The Syrian Democratic Forces have not only raised new trenches, but also redeployed several units from the southeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor to this Turkish border front.
