Stefan Heuer, the German historian and political commentator who observes the policies and acts of the Russian leadership under Putin closely, details Putin's push for implementing the central bank digital currencies aka CBDC which in itself is the ultimate control of the masses.
In his latest article for the German publication Multipolarsten, Mr. Heuer walks us through the steps of implementing the CBDC in Russia. He reminds us of other globalist policies adopted by the Russian leadership.
