CA is totally crazy nowadays. It's one big mouse trap for the middle class. It used to be a felony to knowingly spread the HIV virus to other people, via donations or relations. Now it is just a misdemenor ????????? So a person can knowingly infect people with HIV (stage 1 AIDS) ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS before it becomes a felonious offense. (3 misdemeanors = 1 felony)
This is really an outrage ... if you knowingly give someone HIV you are basically attempting murder. You are causing agregious harm to another person ... how did the CA legislature get this shit by everyone? They're already mandating vaccines. This state of CA is totally out of control.
