About the wrong diet !!!

It seems that new diets such as "one meal per day" and "intermittent fast" that are popular in USA, Canada, Japan, etc. are popular in Korea nowadays. One diet a day to eat one meal a day, intermittent fasting two days a week for 16 to 24 hours fasting and maintain the status of fasting is a diet.

These diets are a modification of the existing fasting method in that they eat less by increasing the fasting time and reducing the number of meals. The fasting proponents argue that "weight gain has improved the health, improved hypertensive diabetes and delayed aging."

However, in my experience, these fasting laws did not seem to be significantly different from other conventional fasting methods that only result in yo-yo phenomena in the long run.

If self-control is excellent, you can reduce your weight effectively by eating only one meal a day and avoiding snacks. But how long can you exercise your self-control? At a time when you eat only one meal, the amount of food and intake of calories at the moment increases, and the frequency of snacking can increase the yo-yo phenomenon. I think these diet methods are one of the many diet methods that have been disappearing for a few decades.

Experts also said, "If a person who eats three meals a day suddenly eats a meal a day, the stomach acid and digestive fluid that have already been secreted can not be neutralized with food, so heartburn may occur and gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcers may develop." .

A diet method that is not fully confirmed can ruin your body. Is not it the best diet method to just eat properly and exercise moderately? ^^

Restrictive diets or intermittent fasting are difficult to sustain over time, while building a healthy lifestyle allows maintaining or regaining health.

I think so too. I think it is best to exercise consistently while eating normally without overeating.
