Accompany your favorite dishes with roasted peppers in the oven

Ingredients

4 large red peppers
Salt
olive oil

Preparation

1.- Put the peppers, whole, in a baking dish. We anoint them with oil, either with our hands, or with a kitchen brush. Then add a pinch of salt and put in the oven, previously heated to 180 º C, heat up and down. We put them in the middle slit and leave them here for about 50 minutes.

2.- After the time, we remove them from the oven. They will have waned quite a bit. Now, let's let them "sweat." With this, they will release a lot of liquid. A liquid that we will take advantage of later. We will also facilitate the work of peeling them. To make them sweat, we completely cover the baking tray. And let them rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Until they have cooled

3.- Now we can peel the skin with our hands. It will come out quite easily. This done, we cut them into strips. If you want, you can remove the seeds. I like them but if it is not your case, remove them.

4.- Finally, we cut the peppers into strips and put them in a pot. We cover with the juice that they have released and we put them in the fridge.
