Instead, It is (Orthodox Faiths, and Unholy Alliances which bring about Anti-Christ and the War of Magog vs Those who are Rebelling Against the Vision Prophecy, for the ones whom they worship, they know what is happening.) I encourage you all to blow the dust off your bibles, if you even have one and it crack open. There are multiple scriptures which speak of this coming day. I tend to view it as either of two things. Ultimately in the long term view it is the individual vs the group.
Short term it is more Nationalism vs Globalism. Is it okay to have countries, or do we need to disolve them and have a global government and no borders? If you believe the latter who gets to be the rulers that dictate how everyone must behave act, what is censored/banned, who can get medical treatment, who cannot, etc? You'd likely say it should be democratic yet none of the closest examples of such a ruling body be they the United Nations, the European Union, etc are elected. They are not democratic at all. In reality they are not even a republic. They are an oligarchy.
So people will reach for the feel good idea and support globalism without giving a damn about who get's the power to make the decisions.
That is the current battlefield.
As to Nationalists. Much like in the U.S. many of us argue that having 50 states with their own laws, programs, etc is much like having 50 different laboratories, and putting it all in the hands of the Federal Government is distilling it down to 1 laboratory.
In that case you can get 50 chances to get things right, or hope that your 1 chance is best.
This same applies to nations vs globalism. Each nation is its own living experiment. Globalism will destroy this and we bet EVERYTHING on the 1 rule of the oligarchs, plutocrats, fascists, establishment, or whatever you wish to label them.
Ultimately though the true battle is individualism vs group. People get generalized and stereotyped into groups. People also stereotype and generalize others into groups.
Often forgetting the ONLY true minority that matters. The individual.

In a world without God, yes those are our only logical options. The bible teaches of a new heavenly kingdom, who's leader is just and righteous in all things, In that case a global government would be okay. In fact, we are in that time of tribulation right now. meaning this system will be broken and we will see it, with our very eyes. I am a deist. I believe in a creator. Reality itself is my bible. Texts and written word to me are simply the word of man. I can find value in the moral teachings and I can find good historical references, but the rest I don't believe. It comes with owning a lot of bibles, and researching a lot of religions before the bible existed.

Taking a step further back to see the even bigger cosmic picture, i would add that after thousands of (Earth) years, the Lucifer rebellion is likely about to be adjudicated, with Caligastia and Daligastia finally removed as defunct celestial rulers of Earth, and Jesus will be fully recognized by all as our plantary Prince. Which means not only Earth, but our whole local cluster of inhabited planets around us that were affected by Lucifer's insurrection will finally get some degree of Univeral Law and normalcy back, even if the healing takes a long time.
