A massive blizzard battered Moscow on Saturday and Sunday. Snow was recorded at a depth of over 43 centimetres in the Russian capital on Sunday. Heavy snow downed power lines and trees throughout the city, leaving one man dead and several injured. Dozens of flights were delayed or cancelled at the city's airports.
