Bodrum has been hit again this morning by an earthquake. It had a strength of 5.3. The epicenter of the quake was about 15 kilometers southeast of the popular seaside resort, 10 kilometers deep. It is not yet known whether there are victims and how much the damage is.

Bodrum is located in southwestern Turkey, on the Aegean Sea. The Turkish seaside resort is very busy during the summer months.
A British woman tells how they were awakened by the shock this morning. "The whole room was trembling, it lasted very long."
The resort was already hit by an earthquake that occurred at the end of July. It was harder than the quake today, with a force of 6.7. The quake was felt on some Greek islands, including Kos. There were even two deaths and 120 injured. Because several hotels were destroyed.
