I won't be making previews on all European matches this season but just stick to the ones where I actually have some pre-game betting action on. This is the case today for Genk vs Servette so here it goes...
Racing Genk vs Servette
Last week the match in Servette ended in a 1-1 Draw which over 90 minutes was a fair score. However, afterward, it was communicated that there was a virus going around in the Genk Locker room with many of the midfielders still wanting to play which didn't help them. By now this illness seems to be a thing of the past, Genk played a good match away against Seraing and should be ready to qualify tonight against Servette who are a team whith some former Jupiler League players who aren't impressive and would never be in the starting 11 of Genk. The overall player value difference is also big with 130M vs 24M and it also showed in the match last week that Genk is the team with more quality. So at home with a fully fit team and a good flow they should be able to get the result. Servette is also without some key defenders. The main downside of Genk is that they aren't really the team that keeps many clean sheets as they play quite offensive themselves. The way I see this one play out is for Genk to take the early initiative going to score the goal while Servette more likely will focus on the defense and potential counters. I was going to take Genk 1H -0.25 @ 1.8+ but odds just dropped to 1.72 which is too low so I will be waiting for a potential spot to get in on Genk in-game. I do like Genk on the corners and was planning to take 0.1 ETH each on Genk 1H -0.5 corners @ 1.72 & Genk 1H Over 2.5 corners @ 1.87 on
dexsport.io but it looks like they only allow beer bets on these so I just bet what I could but won't count them in my crypto bets since stakes are too small. I did go down a bit in odds taking just 50$ on
Genk 1H -0.5 corners @ 1.660 and I did take 0.14 units on
Genk 1H -1 Corners @ 2.010 with an eye to possibly take more in-game.
