I'm still looking for my best form so take everything with high caution for now. I haven't taken any early pre-game bets this week and likely will have far less action compared to last one keeping things much tighter starting today with Antwerp vs Kotrijk.
Antwerp vs Kortrijk
Antwerp so far took a boring but deserved 1-0 win in a home match against Cercle who are a good team and lost 1-0 away to Anderlecht in a match where they deserved a draw. It's clear that they right now haven't found their best form yet and the most remarkable thing to me is that they didn't really want to play in the 1st half last week. Kortrijk before the start of the season was seen as one of the main contenders for relegation but put up an ok performance away against Gent in the first week showing that they are not a team without chance despite losing 3-2. last week at home against an ok Stvv it did however feel that they are still building losing that one with 0-1. On paper, Antwerp is just the better team and they also have something to prove today after losing against Anderlecht and they also looked much better when falling behind which forced them to go forward. At the end of last season this match had a -2 line with a close but deserved 1-0 win for Antwerp. The only real option for me is to back Antwerp but at the same time but the -1.75 line seems quite correct. The most likely scenario I see once again is for Antwerp to want to finish the game in the 1st half to go into control mode once they have their 1 or 2 goal lead. There has been a big trend on Antwerp where they have more goals in their 1st halves and the only thing I'm really wanting to back is that taking a tiny 50$ crypto bet on
More Goals 1H 1 Push if Equal in both halves @ 2.328 (32.4$ on more 1H @ 3.05 & 17.6$ on Equal @ 3.85) over at
Rollbit. I will also keep an eye out to potentially take a live bet on Antwerp and maybe on the corners. Both especially if Antwerp somehow would fall behind. Kortrijk last week at home lost their corners with 0-14 against stvv.
