Not much action on the European matches with the main bet pushing while the crypto bet won. Right now, I don't see all that much for week 4 so most of the bets likely will be placed in-game and I'm not expecting too much volume. Main goal remains to avoid losing more right now and to stabilize things. One match on Friday.
OH Leuven vs FC Antwerp
Antwerp disappointed in their last away match refusing to play in the 1st half against Anderlecht which cost them the loss which they didn't deserve after a good 2nd half. Last week however, they bounced back with an superb performance against weak kortrijk winning with 6-0 in a match where they did show a lot of drive. They have their full A-Squad available tonight along with a solid bench. They do haven an important Champions League qualifier match on Tuesday and the main betting trend that I have been betting is for Antwerp matches to have more goals in the 1st half which is 3W-0P-0L so far this season. OHL on the other hand seems to be in trouble at the moment underperforming compared to last week after losing some key players (De Norre, Patris, Tamari, Gonzalez) while Maertens still isn't 100%. They took a narrow 1-1 draw away against Charleroi followed by deserved losses against RWDM (1-2) and Union with 5-1 last week. So on paper, this should be an easy win for Antwerp but it remains and away match that needs to be played. I put Antwerp as the 1.6-1.7 odds favorite in this one which I think will win but it's hard to bet these kinds of quotes away. Since it's the favorite, I rather just wait and see how the match goes at the start before potentially getting in. Antwerp showed against Anderlecht that they have a good reaction when getting behind also. Leuven so far is 3W-0L on their corner matchups so if Antwerp scores first I might take a gamble on that. The only potential pre-game bet that I see and took for just 0.18 units in
OH Leuven Team Total Under 1 @ 1.780 which opposes the home team while backing the defense of the visitors which is one of the best in the league.
