Considering that the New York Consumer Protections Board called Lesko's book "misleading" I really wouldn't put much value in his financial advise.

he is certainly right about some of them, with so many that no one can keep track of them we have already seen some that were scams and others that crapped out. On the other hand the high risk can lead to some high returns.
