IKEA will be opening its first store at north of Malaysia and to be specific at Batu Kawan, Penang. Batu Kawan located at the mainland and connected to the south of Penang island via second bridge.
Batu Kawan property price are getting up since the announcement of development from retail outlet to college, but IKEA will be the biggest impact. IKEA had announce and expecting to open on March 2019.
Looking forward for the new IKEA and northern fellows going to get alot of makeover on their house and room.
