Hi everyone!
The Czech Statistics Office has just published a report that will certainly please all hotels owners and people engaged in the tourism industry. It was found out that Czech hotels registered a total of incredible 1 365 255 guests in the month of May, which is the highest monthly number in history.

It also represents an increase of 15.6% on the month of April, suggesting there is a strong upward trend in the Czech tourism industry. Based on the historic patterns, we can expect the current record of the total monthly number of guests in Czech hotels to be surpassed again soon as the summer months of July and August usually experience the most tourist arrivals of the year.

Largest number for May, in the history. It's a pretty big deal if you ask me because in the past year a lot cities have reported a decline of tourism. I think Spain has seen some growth and I am happy know that Czech Republic is too getting its share of visitors.
It is a beautiful country no doubt and I think the people are more inviting. Most of my friends prefer visiting Prague over other cities because of the welcoming nature and low prices that can be of great help while planning a trip(a lot of the guys I know are still studying)

Whoa that is just incredible. I had heard that tourism is very high in Czech republic but i didnt knkw so much higher. Thats just wow. Loved it. But the country deserves tourists because of its exceptional beauty.
