We're Safe! Tsunami warnings canceled

Tsunami warnings issued after a 7.9-magnitude earthquake hit Alaska have been canceled. The quake hit near Kodiak, Alaska at 12:31 a.m., according to the US Geological Survey; tsunami warnings were issued for the West Coast, including British Columbia and Alaska itself, as well as Hawaii. The alerts have since been canceled. There have been no reports of damages or injuries, CNBC reports.
